jalibd Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the jalibd platform. This document establishes the legal agreement between you and jalibd.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the jalibd platform. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

General Terms

jalibd is an online casino and betting platform in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between you and jalibd. Before reading these terms, please make sure you have fully understood each clause.

Account Registration

To enjoy full access to the jalibd platform, you must open a personal account. Providing accurate and truthful information during the registration process is mandatory.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each user may open one account only.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and verifiable.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.
  • If any account information changes, you must notify jalibd immediately.
  • Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

jalibd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. jalibd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Password Security

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

Eligibility and Age Limit

Important: The jalibd platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Age Requirements

To open an account on jalibd, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Users must confirm for themselves that using this type of service is legal in their region. Full responsibility for complying with local laws rests with the user.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts for the same person, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jalibd offers various types of bonuses and promotional benefits. These benefits are subject to specific conditions and jalibd reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is 25 times the total amount of the deposit and bonus combined.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is received.
  • Playing certain games with a bonus balance may be restricted.
  • The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
  • Separate specific terms may apply for each promotion.
  • jalibd reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse.

4.3 VIP Program

jalibd's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement in VIP tier depends on your regular activity on the platform. The benefits and terms of each tier apply separately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jalibd supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed through secure and encrypted channels.

5.2 Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request.
  • Verification of a withdrawal request may take up to 24 hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Balances with an active bonus must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

In accordance with its anti-money laundering policy, jalibd reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and suspend it if necessary.

Fair Play and Security

jalibd operates as a safe and reliable platform. We use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness in all games.

6.1 Technical Security

  • All data and transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

6.2 Game Fairness

6.3 Fair Play Policy

Any attempt to influence gambling outcomes through external means is strictly prohibited. If software bots, automated betting systems or any other technical manipulation are detected, the account will be permanently terminated.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jalibd platform and violation of these may result in account termination as well as legal action:

  • Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Registering with false or misleading information.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
  • Abusing bonus benefits or resorting to fraud to obtain bonuses.
  • Depositing using funds from a third party.
  • Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Engaging in fraudulent behavior against other users.
  • Threatening or harassing jalibd staff.

Account Suspension and Termination

jalibd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Termination by jalibd

  • Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false information during identity verification.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security.
  • Proven abuse of bonus benefits.

8.2 Closed by the User

The user may also close their own account. In that case, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any applicable balance will be returned. However, inactive bonus balances will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period (12 months or more), the account may be marked as inactive. In that case, the user will be notified by email.

Limitations of Liability

jalibd is committed to providing the highest quality of service, however our liability is limited in the following matters:

9.1 Service Interruptions

jalibd will not be held liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, server maintenance, cyber attacks, or any other unavoidable reason. In such situations, efforts will be made to restore the service as soon as possible.

9.2 Financial Losses

The risk of financial loss is always present in gambling. jalibd is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the user's gaming decisions. Play responsibly and do not bet beyond your means.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The jalibd platform may contain content from third-party game providers. jalibd is not directly responsible for the quality or reliability of this content, however we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

10.1 Data Collection

jalibd collects the following information:

11.1 Notice of Changes

For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms and conditions.

11.2 Effective Date

The effective date of each amendment will be stated at the top of this page under the "Last Updated" section. If you disagree with any change, you have the option to close your account.

11.3 Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
